Composed of 25 mm thick SP fire-resistant board, covered on both sides with MGO (Magnesium Oxide) boards. The door edges are reinforced with 10 mm wide x 2 mm thick Intumescent Seal, embedded inside. In the event of a fire, the seal expands several times its size to fill the gap between the door and the frame, effectively blocking flames and smoke from passing through for the tested fire-resistance duration. Suitable for indoor applications

The standard thickness of the SPR fire-rated wooden door is 45 mm (±1) overall.
The door frame thickness is 100 mm.
The frame material is made from fiberboard covered with MGO (Magnesium Oxide) board,
or alternatively, a steel frame may be used.

Door leaf and frame: can be decorated
on both sides with plywood, paint finish, or surface decorative materials such as
wood veneer, laminate sheets, and other materials
with patterns according to customer preferences.
