Blast-resistant Steel Doors
Suparich Co., Ltd. is capable of designing and manufacturing blast-resistant steel doors in compliance with ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) standards.
The design classification levels of blast-resistant steel doors are categorized to distinguish the quality grades of the doors. According to ASCE, the classification is based on the value of Equivalent Static Pressure (ESP) as follows:
Product Detail
- General Grade (Low-range Door): For steel doors that can resist an equivalent static blast pressure of at least 21 kPa (3 psi).
- Medium Grade (Mid-range Door): For steel doors that can resist an equivalent static blast pressure between 21 kPa and 172 kPa (3 psi to 25 psi).
- High Grade (High-range Door): For steel doors that can resist an equivalent static blast pressure of more than 172 kPa (>25 psi).
