SPR Fire-Rated Wooden Door (60-Minute Fire Resistance)

Consists of 25 mm thick SP fire-resistant board, covered on both sides with MGO (Magnesium Oxide) boards. The door edges are reinforced with an Intumescent Seal, size 10 mm wide × 2 mm thick, embedded inside. In the event of a fire, the seal expands several times its size to fill the gaps between the door and frame, preventing fire from passing to the opposite side for the tested duration. Product Detail

  • The standard thickness of the SPR fire-rated wooden door is 45 mm (±1) overall, with a door frame thickness of 100 mm. The frame material is made of fiber board covered with MGO (Magnesium Oxide) boards, or optionally a steel frame
  • Door leaf and frame: Both sides of the door surface can be finished with plywood, paint, or decorative surface materials such as wood veneer, laminate sheets, and other patterns as desired

SP BOARD is non-hazardous, lightweight, and provides thermal insulation. Tested and certified by TUV SUD (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Soundproof

SP BOARD is used for sound absorption, offering superior acoustic performance compared to conventional sound insulation materials
