The fire-resistant rolling door is made of 1.6 mm thick electro-galvanized steel, with door tracks also made from 1.6 mm thick steel. The fire-resistant rolling door functions to prevent fire in specific areas, stop the spread of flames, and protect other sections of the building from being easily affected.
The system operates electrically, and the main functions of the fire-resistant rolling door are as follows:
• 1. The fire-resistant rolling door is equipped with a heat detection device.
When an abnormally high temperature is detected, the device activates and
releases the motor brake, allowing the door curtain to automatically descend
and close to block the fire.
• 2. The fire-resistant rolling door can be connected to a Fire Alarm or Smoke Control system.
When a fire occurs, the connected system sends a signal to release the motor brake,
causing the door curtain to automatically close and contain the fire.
• 3. The fire-resistant rolling door is also equipped with a manual switch
for opening or closing the door as needed.

Manual pull (spring) system
Manual rolling door with spring system:
The door is operated manually, with a spring mechanism to balance the door for easy opening and closing.
The spring system is suitable for doors up to 4 meters wide and 3.5 meters high, with an average door leaf weight not exceeding 120 kg.
For doors wider than 4 meters, it is recommended to divide the door into sections, each not exceeding 4 meters, using removable central posts.
Additionally, hooks can be added as an accessory to help pull the door down when it is opened to a high position.
Chain hoist system
Chain hoist rolling door system:
The door is manually operated using a chain hoist to raise and lower it.
This system is suitable for moderately large doors, with a maximum width of 7 meters and a maximum height of 5 meters.
The system operates from one side only; after closing the door, access must be made through another door, or a small pedestrian door can be installed at one corner of the rolling door
Electric motor system
Electric motor rolling door system:
The door is operated by an electric motor, offering convenient use and remote control operation.
The system includes a manual chain hoist integrated into the motor, allowing manual operation in case of power failure.
The system can handle a maximum door weight of up to 2,500 kg.
