SP1-SP6 and SP11-SP66

Single and double doors can be used both indoors and outdoors

  • The door leaf is made from 1.0 mm Electro Galvanized Cold Rolled Steel Sheet, welded and joined together as two pieces
  • The internal reinforcement of the door leaf at the hardware installation area (lock, door closer) is made of 1.6 mm thick steel plate
  • The hinge fixing points are reinforced with 3 mm thick steel, and the inside of the door leaf is filled with polyurethane foam (PU Foam)
  • Frame manufactured from 1.6 mm Electro Galvanized Cold Rolled Steel Sheet, equipped with 3 rubber bump stops
  • Fitted with 5” x 4” x 3 mm stainless steel lift-off hinges
  • Steel door set processed with Zinc Phosphate anti-corrosion coating
  • Factory-finished with powder coating

  • โครงเสริมภายในบานประตูบริเวณที่ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ (กุญแจ, โช๊คอัพ) ทำด้วยเหล็กแผ่นหนา 1.6 มม.
  • บริเวณจุดยึดบานพับเสริมด้วยเหล็กหนา 3 มม. ภายในบานบุด้วยฉนวนพียูโฟม (POLYURETHANE FOAM)
  • วงกบผลิตจากเหล็กอิเล็กโตรกัลวาไนซ์ ( Electro Galvanized Cold Rolled Steel Sheet ) หนา 1.6 มม. ที่วงกบมีปุ่มยางกันกระแทก 3 จุด
  • มีบานพับสแตนเลสแบบสวมขนาด 5” x 4” x 3” มม.
  • ชุดประตูเหล็กผ่านกระบวนการเคลือบสีกันสนิม Zinc Phoshate Coating
  • เคลือบสีผงอบ Powder Coating สำเร็จจากโรงงาน
